1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

  • Remaining balances follow the agreed-upon payment schedule.

  • Payments are accepted via CashApp or Zelle.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be accommodated if requested in advance.

  • Event date changes are subject to availability.

3. Rental Items

  • Clients are responsible for the care of all rental items.

  • Any damaged or lost items may incur replacement or repair fees.

  • Items are provided in excellent condition and should be handled with care.

4. Event Day Policies

  • Our team sets up and breaks down décor during the agreed-upon hours.

  • Clients are responsible for any food, beverages, or personal items they bring.

  • Photography of our décor may occur for portfolio or marketing purposes; details are outlined in your contract.

5. Liability

  • DateNight & Beyond is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items during events.

  • We are not responsible for food safety, heating, or cooling of items brought by clients.

6. Website Use

  • All content on the website is protected by copyright.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

7. Modifications

  • We may update these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
